I had diamonds added to a ring. At first it was not exactly as I wanted. Without hesitation it was redone and I love it now. I have taken many items here over the years and always appreciate the level of service and attention to detail.

My 30 y.o. ring was dropped by accident, and the sapphire fell out of the setting. Took it to another jeweler in town to re-glue it, and they informed me they couldn't re-glue, but needed to fix the bezel for the stone to be re-attached. Price tag? $700. Was referred to Ken Walker by a friend. Felt welcomed immediately. Re-glued the stone perfectly. Price for service? $45. Should have gone to Ken Walkers first, but know better now. Highly recommend!! Will be going back again!!

Took two watches in to have the batteries replaced, just dropped in with them. They said the battery swap would take about an hour. An hour later they were done, time and date were set, and they’d checked the chronometer function of the watches. Always smiles and helpful people working there. Five year warranty on the battery swap, so I don’t have to worry about that again for a while.

I been to several jewelry stores in my days and one night watching MTV Ken Walker commercial came on. My daighter and I took a short road trip and had the best experience ever. Very friendly staff and the knowledge of jewely they showed us. I will be back this weekend.

i went in see if my jewelry was worth anything i was met by really nice clerk more then willing to help did not charge me tell me if i had garage sale items or i should keep the whole staff was supper nice and very helpful for the super great time i had
